Homey Guesthouse in Alor Setar had a very clean room and toilet. The spaciousness of the room was perfect for two people, and the bed was comfortable. The minimal furniture allowed for plenty of space. Additionally, the guesthouse provided a water dispenser on every level and had a parking area that made it convenient for short stays.
Couldn't fault.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, quiet, and spacious with comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and the location was relatively close to the city centre. The hotel also had a water dispenser and a cafe next door, which was convenient for getting drinks and snacks. it was great value for money.
No tea/coffee making facilities.

This hotel is a great value for money, especially considering its prime location near the town centre. The prices are very reasonable, and the hotel is surrounded by plenty of eating places and is even close to a school. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Miss Hor. The basic amenities in the rooms are sufficient, and I liked that there were rooms available with three single beds, perfect for families or groups of friends.
The only thing that could be improved is the lack of an elevator service.

The hotel provides good value for money with affordable prices. The staff is friendly and efficient, ensuring a fast check-in process. The hotel's attention to detail is evident in the clean and bright rooms, unlike other places that are dimly lighted. Additionally, the hotel's location is convenient, being relatively close to the city centre and near eating places, making it easy to explore prime locations and indulge in local cuisine.
All was satisfactory.

We had a great stay at this hotel - the staff were incredibly helpful and flexible during our late check-in. We loved our clean and peaceful room with a window that allowed us to enjoy the sunrise. The location near the town and prime areas was an added bonus for easy access to food and shopping. We also appreciated the designated smoking areas on the premise.
Cannot find any fault.

The location of the guesthouse was very convenient as it was close to many restaurants. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and had a comfortable bed. We appreciated the water dispenser outside of the room which provided hot and cold water.
The guesthouse did not offer tea or coffee making facilities in the room. some rooms had no lift so it might be challenging for those with mobility issues or heavy luggage.

Our hotel was relatively close to the city centre and prime locations. There were a lot of nearby eating places open till late. We were also pleased to see it was situated near to schools. the room was comfortable and spacious. the bed was nice and clean. the room had separate area for smoking and the parking was easy to find.
The staff was not very attentive towards cleanliness. the bathroom needed cleaning along with the shower head.

The guesthouse was very well maintained and kept clean. We also found the staff to be very friendly and helpful during our stay. the location was perfect for our business trip, easy to find parking nearby and conveniently located close to a great cafe. the beds in our room were very comfortable and we had plenty of space to work and relax in the room.
Our room was quite noisy as it was located near the reception area. We could hear people talking, which made it hard to fully relax.
